Fantastic house above Burriana Beach with wonderful views of the sea and the mountains in the best residential area of Nerja.
The house is spread over two floors with a landscaped entrance with space for a parking lot, terrace, swimming pool and solarium.
On the upper floor there is the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an exclusive bathroom; and the other two bedrooms are made up of two single beds each and a shared bathroom.
On the lower floor, next to the pool, there is a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with an attached shower.
The pool is completely private with attached terrace, lawn and barbecue area. Its surface is around 55 m2.

La casa es fabulosa!
Es una vivienda con unas vistas insuperables y con todas las comodidades para pasar unos días de relax casi sin salir de la casa.
Repetiremos sin duda.
Espectacular casa para pasar unos días con familia y amigos. Equipada con todo lo que puedas imaginar, vistas espectaculares de la bahía y situada en un lugar tranquilo pero cercado al pueblo y multitud de playas y calas, a la casa no le falta un detalle. Repetiremos sin duda.
